Danville agency explores immigrants' rights

DANVILLE – Pedro Zarate came to Illinois as a migrant worker in 1951 and settled in Hoopeston to open a grocery store that served the seasonal population.

"Migrant workers have had a huge, huge part of the economy," said his son, Jesse.
