Partial Danville smoking ban discussed by committee

DANVILLE – David Martin visits the Gilbert Street Steak 'n' Shake every day to discuss business with a friend over coffee and cigarettes.
He doesn't like smoking bans, he said Thursday. He says they're "screwy" and violate his rights.
