Paxton family finding All Kids program unacceptable

PAXTON – When Brandon and Krisi Jager needed affordable health insurance for their infant son, they thought they'd found a great deal in the state's All Kids program.

A new state-sponsored health plan for children whose families can't obtain commercial insurance, All Kids offers sliding-scale premium rates based on family income.
