Deadlines for absentee voting approaching

URBANA – Thursday is the deadline for the Champaign County clerk's office to mail out absentee ballots for the Feb. 27 primary for Champaign City Council.
Nine candidates are vying for three council seats, and the primary will whittle the number of candidates to six.
