Grand jury returns 13 more charges against White

URBANA – A Champaign County grand jury has returned more charges against a former Urbana grade school teacher accused of molesting students at school.
The 13 additional felony counts filed Thursday against Thomas Paine Elementary School teacher Jon A. White, 26, of Normal bring the number of victims named to nine.
