Four parts of county government reform plan moving forward

URBANA – Two county board members who want discussion of reforms to county government say they're on their way with four of the 10 proposals.

In January, St. Joseph Republican Greg Knott amd Urbana Democrat Brendan McGinty made the proposals, which include considering changing the size of the 27-member board, more public access to meetings, a capital improvement plan, an election commission, redistricting and new technology.
