Teamsters, UI at odds over contract language

Teamsters haven't exactly earned their hard-bargaining reputation by being complaisant or letting things slide.
So when income dived last year for several truck-driving union members at the University of Illinois after the university started changing the way Teamsters were paid for what they do, employees filed grievances.
