Mahomet board approves alcohol control ordinance

MAHOMET – After two study sessions, lengthy discussions and numerous drafts, the Mahomet Board of Trustees finally passed 5-0 an alcohol control ordinance.
Jim Evans, village attorney, commented on the speed of the board's action.
