Community discusses direction for Danville downtown

DANVILLE – What started out as an open house turned into a public forum as about a dozen community members discussed the future of downtown Danville on Monday night.
The impromptu meeting marked the first of several planned open houses by a steering committee created to craft a master plan for the greater downtown area by year's end.
