Drug program graduates picked up habits as teens

URBANA – Four women and one man graduating from Champaign County's drug court Monday have a sad fact in common. They started their drug and alcohol use as budding teens.

They now range in age from 26 to 36, have 13 felony, 14 misdemeanor and 33 petty traffic convictions among them and are considered addicts.
