Prosecutor ponders charging motorist

DANVILLE – The Vermilion County State's Attorney's office is reviewing police reports from an accident Friday night near Fithian that killed two children from Ogden.
State's Attorney Frank Young said Monday that formal charges against the driver, Keith Heer of Danville, will be considered.
