Monticello man convicted of wire fraud sentenced

URBANA – A Monticello man convicted of federal wire fraud charges was sentenced Tuesday as a result false statements and use of money in a collision repair business.

Chief Judge Michael McCuskey of the U.S. Central District of Illinois sentenced Gregory A. Barnhart, 42, to 6 1/2 years in prison and five years of supervised release, formerly known as parole.
