n $1 billion in rate relief for Illinois residential, nonprofit and small business customers, evenly split between ComEd and Ameren territories.
n Ameren customers to get discounts of 40 percent to 70 percent off this year's increase, with additional help for electrically-heated homes. Discounts are based on usage.
