Area lawmaker pleads for governor to act

Gov. Rod Blagojevich is still taking his time with the state budget lawmakers sent him last Monday, despite repeated requests for quick action.
On Wednesday, state Rep. Chapin Rose, R-Mahomet, joined in with a letter asking Blagojevich what he was waiting for.
