Another man arrested in connection with Rantoul shooting

URBANA – Another man has been charged in connection with the shooting death of a Rantoul man over the weekend.
Champaign County State's Attorney Julia Rietz said she charged Robert R. Bell, 29, who listed an address in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue, Rantoul, with unlawful use of weapons by a felon on Tuesday.
