Urbana finds vroom to improve

URBANA – The premise sounds a little "Price is Right."

Ten Urbana High School students are picked at random to receive car keys. Each will try to fit the key into a tricked-out, jazzed-up car. If the key fits – and one key will – that student wins a car.
