Counseling program helping one kid at a time

URBANA – The first child was a victim: a young girl who'd been neglected and sexually abused and was starting to act out with other children.
The second was a juvenile offender: a teenage boy convicted of a sex offense, referred by probation and brought in by his family for counseling.
