Couple hoping to open shelter for abuse victims

CISCO – Jennifer Courson knows firsthand that no one is immune to domestic violence – not even those with master's degrees, who make as much as their husbands and sit next to you at church.

These women live in areas like Cisco and other towns in Piatt County.
