Altered Danville graffiti ordinance up for vote

DANVILLE – Businesses would have fewer restrictions under a proposed graffiti ordinance, thanks to the requests of city council members.
The city council's public services committee will have a special meeting before the council meeting Tuesday to consider the proposed graffiti ordinance.
