Urbana wants more studies on neighborhood conservation

URBANA – Urbana aldermen aren't comfortable yet with the concept of neighborhood conservation districts.
So, after discussing the issue for more than an hour, the city council voted Monday night to table it until the Nov. 5 meeting.
