KANKAKEE – Terry Clark, the 45-year-old Kankakee man responsible for killing two Ogden sisters in a drunken driving incident 10 years ago, was sentenced Monday to the maximum prison term after many delays in a separate drunken driving case.
Assistant Kankakee County State's Attorney Mike Quinlan said Clark was sentenced Monday to 10 years for driving under the influence of alcohol. The prosecutor said Clark also was given a concurrent five-year sentence for driving with a revoked license.
