Rantoul Products' successor leaving base sites for new plant

RANTOUL – It didn't take long for the company that moved into two of the three former Collins & Aikman plants in Rantoul to decide to consolidate at the third plant.

Engineered Plastic Components plans to vacate its two facilities on the former Chanute Air Force Base and move into the former Collins & Aikman plant on the west side of town.
