UI campus still missing historical markers

Three historical markers are missing at the University of Illinois, and campus officials are seeking help in locating them.

The bronze markers, which weigh 75 pounds apiece and were installed on 6-foot poles sunk into several feet of concrete, commemorate significant people, discoveries, events and places in history at the Champaign-Urbana campus.
