Agencies trying to help rural areas to get high-speed Internet

Janet Negangard lives 3 miles from Catlin, 4 miles from Westville and 4 miles from Georgetown.

But when it comes to high-speed Internet service, she and her family might as well be living in the middle of nowhere.
