Pow Wows eager to defend design title

TUSCOLA – The Tuscola football team won't be the only group from the Douglas County seat with a championship to defend on Friday.
Volunteers from the Pow Wows of Tuscola High School, the Warrior's booster organization, will be at work Friday morning putting up hundreds of decorations inside Tent City outside of Memorial Stadium.
