DANVILLE – Two Vermilion County attorneys questioned housing authority officials about plans to address the city's crime and social problems that the attorneys say are caused by local public housing programs and the residents they attract.
Vermilion County Assistant State's Attorney Sandy Lawlyes and Assistant Public Defender Doug Clark were two of the five people who attended a public hearing Thursday afternoon to discuss the Danville Housing Authority's annual and five-year plans.
