Monticello events to be combined to form festival

MONTICELLO – Residents with a sweet tooth can have their fill of chocolate at a new event planned in early February in Monticello.
On Tuesday, Monticello Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Richardson announced plans to launch "Monticello Covered With Chocolate," set this year for Feb. 8-10 in Monticello and nearby Allerton Park.
