Champaign County inmates eat pretty well on $4 a day

Attorney Steve Beckett samples a typical lunch for an inmate at the Champaign County satellite jail in Urbana. Beckett shelled out $1.50 for the cheeseburger, slaw, potatoes and applesauce.
URBANA – There's a place in Urbana that can teach you how to live on $4 worth of food a day.
It's called the Champaign County Jail.
