Fisher man arraigned on murder charges

URBANA – A Fisher man accused of fatally shooting his friend is due back in court with an attorney next week.
Randall C. Huffstutler, 36, was arraigned Monday on three counts of first-degree murder, alleging that on Friday he shot and killed Ronnie Randolph, 35, also of Fisher.
