Danville mayor planning a housing battle

DANVILLE – Changing the city's consolidated plan is just the first step the mayor plans to take to reduce the number of public housing units in the city – but it may not be enough.
Mayor Scott Eisenhauer reviewed the Danville Housing Authority's annual and five-year plans before they were submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for final review this week.
