St. Joseph, Ogden officials hear wind power presentation

ST. JOSEPH – When the St. Joseph Grade School district's new middle school building opened its doors more than a year ago, it was also about the time deregulation of power companies' rates took effect.
The end of the years-long Ameren rate freeze had something to do with a higher power bill at the school, but the board still was surprised at just how much the rates increased.
