CHAMPAIGN – As an accomplished and active musician, accounting lecturer, student adviser, wife and mother of two young boys, Cynthia Turner didn't really have time to write a book.
But after surviving breast cancer, the 39-year-old Champaign woman said she had a promise to keep.
