Alcohol-related crash involving Sidney teen under investigation

PHILO – Champaign County sheriff's investigators are trying to find out who supplied alcohol to a Sidney teen who crashed her car while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
Champaign County sheriff's Lt. Ed Ogle said two off-duty Champaign police officers pulled Sarah Weisman, 17, away from her burning car in a field near Philo. She remained in Memorial Medical Center in Springfield in serious condition this morning.
