CHAMPAIGN – University of Illinois police are continuing an investigation of suspected drug sales at a campus fraternity.
A 21-year-old male UI student and resident of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity, 1004 S. Second St., C, was arraigned Friday on a Class A misdemeanor charge of delivery of a small amount of marijuana in October. He is due to return to court with a private attorney Feb. 8. The News-Gazette does not routinely publish names of people arrested for misdemeanor crimes.
