Rantoul company found in violation of discrimination laws

RANTOUL – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has determined that a Rantoul industrial plant is guilty of sexual harassment and disability discrimination in connection with the dismissal of a Potomac woman.

John P. Rowe, district director for the commission's office in Chicago, found Eagle Wings Industries in Rantoul violated the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
