Third-grader is driving force behind class newsletter

WESTVILLE – You might say that Jill Bontjes has a nose for news.
In December, the rural Danville girl launched a classroom newsletter. Since then, the young editor and her staff of reporters, researchers and photographers have put out seven or eight editions.
