Revised speed limits concern safety officials

Danville officials are concerned about the speed limit along this stretch of South Gilbert Street in Danville, which was recently increased from 35 miles per hour.

DANVILLE – City officials are concerned about new speed limits the Illinois Department of Transportation changed on two roads in Danville earlier this month.

The changes are based on the results of an engineering study.
