Black Danville residents look back on years of change

DANVILLE – Danville's "come a long way, baby" in the eyes of Ivadale Foster, a black woman and member of the Vermilion County Board.
Two Danville churches offered an opportunity for the community to learn more about the personal "black history" of some of its own citizens Saturday.
