Group's lawyers dispute mayor's plan

DANVILLE – Mayor Scott Eisenhauer's proposal to cut nine firefighters and close one fire station could cost more money than it saves, according to one legal opinion.
Eisenhauer said the opinion represents a "scare tactic."
