Judge: County must arbitrate with firm

URBANA – A Champaign County judge has ordered the county and one of the contractors for the new nursing home to arbitrate unresolved issues.
The effect of Judge Jeff Ford's ruling is to put on hold a lawsuit filed by the county last May against the Peoria-based Farnsworth Group.
