Rating of Hoopeston's fire service upgraded

HOOPESTON – The Hoopeston Fire Department – and community homeowners – found themselves in rare company this week.
The fire department received a classification of "4" from the Insurance Service Organization, according to Alderman Brandon Hamilton.
