Group honoring YMCA, housing authority

Roy Kindred, left, and Ed Broom work Tuesday at Danville Family YMCA on Vermilion Street. Broom got his job through Enterprise Works, a national nonprofit organization, which is recognizing the YMCA and the Danville Housing Authority for their participation.
DANVILLE – Retirement was more than enough for Ed Broom.
"I was sitting around the house getting lazy," Broom said.
