More use of Philo center discussed

PHILO – A village-owned community venue soon may be getting more extended use.
Deputy Village Clerk Susan Helmink on Wednesday told the Philo Village Board that she had received a request from a church group to hold an overnight retreat in the building, which has meeting rooms, a gymnasium and a stage.
