Race council works to improve relations at Urbana High

URBANA – When Jeniece Mitchell looks around the school cafeteria, she sees more than kids talking or eating. The Urbana High School senior sees a need for social change.
For the most part, the black kids sit with the black kids, she said. The Asians sit with the Asians. The students with disabilities sit together.
