Philo rec center updates may include plumbing, PA system

PHILO – Philo officials continue to make improvements to a village-owned venue.
The village board Wednesday discussed two possible improvement projects at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center. The building has meeting rooms, a gymnasium and stage that are rented out.
