Danville burglaries prompt new crime-watch groups

DANVILLE – In 1990, Thomas Farrell launched a crime-watch group in his neighborhood surrounding the 400 block of Lucas Drive because of some rambunctious teens in the area.

"The kids in the neighborhood were harassing and tearing the neighborhood up," Farrell said.
