Police seek man in hit-and-run

URBANA – Police are looking for a Fisher man believed to be involved in a hit-and-run accident in Urbana in which a teen was injured.
John Shapley, 13, of 204 W. Florida Ave., U, was riding a bicycle east in the north crosswalk on Florida Avenue at the intersection with Race Street about 4 p.m. Saturday, according to an Urbana police report.
