Five arrested in slaying; sixth sought

Champaign police, including the SWAT team, make an arrest Friday afternoon at 508 N. Garfield Ave., Champaign, of a suspect in a fatal Danville shooting.
DANVILLE – Three Danville men and a Champaign man were charged with murder and armed robbery Friday in the shooting death of a 28-year-old Danville man.
A fifth man, from Champaign, was arrested Friday afternoon in connection with the same shooting, and police continue to search for a sixth man, according to Larry Thomason, Danville public safety director.
