Deputy's memorial dedicated

1st Sgt. Troy Euclide of the Marine Corps Color Guard helps Laura Pitts, daughter of slain Douglas County Chief Deputy Tommy K. Martin, post the colors Saturday at the dedication ceremony for the memorial honoring Martin outside the Douglas County Sheriff's Office in Tuscola. More than 200 people showed up for the event.
TUSCOLA – Laura Pitts of Paris said her father always taught her family three things:
1) Work hard and do the best you can.
