Former Catlin officer honored for many roles in his community

The Catlin Lions club has chosen Fred Reddy as its Citizen of the year. Reddy has conducted personal research on the history of God's Acre Cemetery.
CATLIN – Fred Reddy will have just finished his first month of retirement, after nearly 35 years with the Catlin police department, when he will receive the Lions Club Citizen of the Year award next week.
The award doesn't specifically recognize his dedicated employment, although that certainly plays a part in his dedication to other activities within his community.
